SetPoint Signs Lease at Mann Biomedical Park

SetPoint biomedical technology company has signed a long-term lease for more than 14,000 square feet at a research and medical park in Santa Clarita, according to L.A. based-CBRE Group Inc.

The medical device company signed a 10-year lease for 14,300 square feet in the Mann Biomedical Park at 25101 Rye Canyon Loop. SetPoint will move to its new location around the beginning of October from its current location at 28368 Constellation Road in Valencia, according to CBRE.

 

Owners of the research and development complex, local investor Intertex Cos. and L.A. investment firm Oaktree Capital Management L.P., just started work on improvements, including a new gate and guard building and moving the street entrance. Mann Biomedical Park has more than 612,000 square feet of space in 17 buildings, and the 160-acre complex includes space for another potential 600,000 to 900,000 square feet of structures. Tenants include Bioness Inc., Quallion and the Alfred Mann Foundation.
