SCVEDC Announces Logix Federal Credit Union Moving HQ to SCV

The Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation is pleased to announce that Logix Federal Credit Union will be moving its headquarters to the Santa Clarita Valley. Logix has acquired a 12-acre vacant parcel in the Valencia Commerce Center near the junction of Interstate 5 and State Highway 126.

Construction on a new HQ building will begin soon. Once completed, the HQ is anticipated to house approximately 400 employees, with the potential to grow to 800 employees in the future.

The attraction of Logix new corporate headquarters is a major testament to the Santa Clarita Valley as a leading business address. Logix considered many alternative locations before deciding that the Santa Clarita Valley offered a great quality of life as well as the best site for its long-term growth.

After careful analysis of costs to expand on current headquarters property, as well as evaluation of alternate locations, management determined the best long-term option is in the Santa Clarita Valley.

During the evaluation process, SCVEDC held multiple meetings and tours with Logix’s leadership team, and provided assistance throughout the due diligence process. The entire SCVEDC Board of Directors worked to demonstrate the value of the Santa Clarita Valley.

Logix is a growing company with deep roots in Southern California. We are thrilled to have a company of Logix’s stature join the thriving business community here in the Santa Clarita Valley. Many corporate headquarters, including Princess Cruises, Sunkist, and Mechanixwear have found SCV to be the perfect business location.

Logix CEO Dave Styler complimented the work of SCVEDC in a statement:

“After careful analysis of options that included alternate locations, as well as expansion on the current headquarters site, the Logix Board determined the best long-term option is in the Santa Clarita Valley. We already have four branches in the area, and intend to add more. The Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation and the CBRE team were instrumental in our relocation decision. The assistance they provided was unparalleled, and it was clear that Santa Clarita Valley will be a great home for our business and our employees.”
