Vista Canyon

Located in close proximity to Valencia Industrial Center, Interstate 5, and Route 126, this park-like campus, developed by Intertex Companies and Oaktree Capital Management, has an existing GLA of 612,075 SF, and is entitled for additional expansion of 900,000 SF.
