CBRE’s Craig Peters and Sam Glendon represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.

The entertainment industry has been a primary focus for both the City of Santa Clarita and local economic development team.

“We are excited to see more stages coming to the Santa Clarita Valley to provide homes to the many production companies searching for space in Southern California. We now have over 25 stages in our Valley which makes it one of the largest concentrations for the film and entertainment industry in Los Angeles County,” added Holly Schroeder, CEO of the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation.

The Santa Clarita Valley is a thriving center for high-paying industry clusters such as advanced manufacturing, medical devices, aerospace and defense, information technology, and digital media and entertainment. The area is an established commercial market with more than 30 million square feet of industrial and office properties.
